Return Policy for Custom Horse Jumps

Eligibility for Returns:

• Standard Items: Unused, un-assembled standard jumps in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus the original shipping costs.
• Custom or Semi-Custom Items: Due to their unique nature, custom or semi-custom horse jumps are not eligible for returns. These items are made to your specific requirements and are therefore not suitable for resale. If you are having quality issues, please contact Briar Hill Horse Jumps for assistance.

Exceptions:

• Manufacturer's Defects: In the rare event that your custom or semi-custom horse jump arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will either repair, replace, or provide a refund for the item, depending on the severity of the defect and customer preference.

Process for Returns:

• Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day period for standard items, or immediately upon discovery of a defect in custom items.
• Verification: Our team will verify the eligibility of the item for return and guide you through the process.
• Shipping Returns: The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning standard items. For items with manufacturer defects, we will cover the shipping costs.

Refunds:

• Standard Items: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 days after inspection.
• Custom or Semi-Custom Items: For approved returns due to manufacturer defects, refunds will be processed after the return and inspection of the item.
